7 Hills Scooter Club scooter rallies in the fall
During the first weekend of November, Richmond is overtaken by an army of Vespa’s for their annual city rally, Indian Summer. Long picturesque rides through the city, feats of skill in their obstacle course competitions, and general tomfoolery is had by all!
Folks Watching Monument Ave 10k
One of the best parts of the 10k for sure is the people who participate in simply viewing the race. Setting up coffee or donuts in the median for runners who may need a pick-me-up, holding signs of support, or even dressing up to give the runners a good laugh!
Church Hill Ghost Tour
Halloween is so much more fun when you can hear some fantastic ghost stories about your own city. The Church Hill Chillers Ghost Tour takes you all around the beautiful historic neighborhood retelling spooky stories and actual historical events that took place in RVA.
Walking with the undead at the Richmond Zombie Walk
THE best annual tradition here in Richmond to kick off the Fall holiday season. Get dressed up as the undead to walk the streets of Carytown or grab a patio spot with a drink at one of the restaurants along the route. Either way, it’s a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon in October.
Music at Scuffletown Park
Hanging out at Scuffletown Park is great and it’s made even better by the occasional acoustic set from local Richmond bands.
Concerts at The National
I adore this venue! Beautiful space, superb sound and fantastic shows. What was your last show at The National?
Monument Avenue at Christmas
Love driving down Monument Avenue at Christmas
Live show @ The Broadberry
This place is laid back and the bands are killer! You can’t beat seeing a good show at an intimate venue at such low prices. I am so ready to see my friends at the next show!
